St. Johannes Evangelical Lutheran Congregation was founded in 2008 by a handful of people coming out of the Finnish national church. The congregation works in the Swedish language among the Swedish-speaking minority on the west coast of Finland.
The congregation holds regular worship services in two locations, offers Bible studies, Sunday school, and lectures on doctrinal topics by its pastors and teacher. It publishes a magazine together with the Lutheran Confessional Churches of Sweden and Norway. It publishes books and has an active website where it posts recordings of sermons and lectures.
